Had a 3 minute call with a girl who then told me I wasn't right for their clients. not really sure what information they found in the 3:22 phone call but wouldn't want to proceed with them if thats how long they spend "getting to know me" as she quoted at the start,

Diabollical. During this interview I was asked discriminative questions which had no place within an interview. For example, I was asked about my mental health and then when opening up about this I was told I wouldnt be able to handle the job, I was also asked what my parents did (a question I didnt mind answering) however, they then proceeded to ask if they were still together and when I said no, I was questioned why. None of this was appropriate to be asked about in an interview setting. I found one of the managers highly unproffesional in their mannerisms, as well as this I was told I talk too much to "overcompensate for my low self esteem and lack of confidence". They also brought up a current member of staffs mental health which is inappropriate at best. Overall, I would highly recommend not interviewing with this company, they were rude and disrespectful I would not waste your time on them.
