I was called for a phone interview and was told that they would call me at the end of the week to schedule an in person interview. This was about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard back since.

Entrevista
Kaitlin the HR Lead was nice and the process went well with her. Kaitlin was very friendly, compassionate, and empathetic. She is one of the strongest if not THE strongest leader at the store

Why do you think you would be a good fit at Rural King ?
Exactly what you'd expect for a mediocre cashier job, if you can show up they'll hire you. They just need bodies in places to stock merchandise and run the registers. The "HR" person was very rushed and just tried to get me in as quickly as possible.

Entrevista
There were two interviews. The first interview was over the phone and the interviewer was very friendly and informative. Asked basic interview questions. The second one was a day later and in-person. He asked more scenario-based questions.
