First call was a quick screening process and then had a call with the regional director in my local area. The call was pretty straightforward on my experience, availability, and background. They seem to want you to work a day on the weekends depending on the location so that's something to keep in mind. Although, it may be different at yours. After that, I got an interview with the principal of my selected location to tour and take a physical exam.

Interview had a test component. It was timed and gave problems at different levels. There was also a 20 minute teaching component where you had to teach a group of studnets.
