I did a phone interview, and then went to the company to interview in person. Everyone was very welcoming! The interview went really well and we talked a lot about what would be expected of me, and I got a tour of the whole place.

Was contacted via email by the founder to do a design project of a mood board. They asked for a salary requirement with the mood board. They never responded to the submission of the board which I worked on over the weekend and there was no follow-up or thanks for the submission. It seems like they may be fishing for ideas and not willing to pay for creative talent. Designers beware!
