I actually never applied to this company. A staffing agency contacted me and we went from there. I would've never worked for this company had I known their awful turnover rate and if would've looked them up on Glassdoor first.

Entrevista
Phone interview first with recruiter, then on site interview. The recruiters are not punctual and do not research before calls. Be prepared to answer basic interview questions. When asking questions to the recruiter in the phone interview, they were very unprepared to answer. The face to face seemed to go well and I was offered a job--after accepting I learned that the job I accepted was much different than advertised. Honesty is not their best policy.

Entrevista
Applied for an internal transfer from an Intake/Customer Service -- a promotion past more than one level. I heard from HR fairly quickly, and set up an in person interview with the management of the new team. When I arrived for the interview I was met by the supervisors, who told me that the program manager had a deadline approaching and might stop by -- she never did.
This was a mostly pleasant experience, except that the HR rep let slip that I was interviewing against a friend on my team at the time, and kind of implied that we might be pitted against each other for what I found out later were multiple openings.
