This was the shortest interview ever! They really did not ask me about my previous position and how it would relate to what they are looking for. It was basically a conversation between the two employees with me being there! I started out with a phone screening, which that felt like more of an interview then the face to face. Then I received an email stating that they will be moving forward with another candidate better suits their qualifications.
