I applied on a career search engine in March. I completed a phone interview with the recruiter and face-to-face interview with the area manager in mid April. Got the offer about a month later.

Entrevista
First you talk to a recruiter a handful of times. The recruiter will get with you for a first time conversation to talk about the position and then to give a mini interview. If the recruiter moves you forward, there is quite a bit of initial paperwork and background checks to go through. If everything looks good there, then you'll move on to an interview with your direct manager. If the manager wants to hire you, they'll have the recruiter contact you again with an offer and you'll have your chance to negotiate.
