Called a number posted on indeed. Was asked a few questions over the phone and then was set up an in person interview with the department manager of the position I applied for. Got the verbal job offer and so had to wait to get contacted by the senior recruiter. Did not hear from the senior recruiter for almost a week so I took it upon myself to call and ask what was going on. They sent another person with the same name as mine my job offer so they had finally sent me mine. Got an order for a drug screen. Went to take that the next day. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve heard anything. I text the recruiter and get no real answer as to why my drug screen is taking so long. Background cleared but for some reason my drug screen is taking almost a month? The way the recruiter has handled my hiring process from the start when sending someone else my job offer has be so UNPROFESSIONAL.
