Interview was meant to "weed out" the weak and not open minded candidates. Interview went well with the General Manager, focused on the candidates strengths in business, versus other companies that focus on the "negatives" like other businesses in Las Vegas job market. If you make the cut, you will be asked to come back for a 2-3 "working" interview with a team lead that will take you into the field to show you how the business operates. Upon recommendation of the team lead, you may or may not be offered a job.
