Everyone gets hired as they only have to pay you if you sell a Kirby. The man is desperate he will not train you properly so your def. on your own and you better be a fast learner. They also have a bad habit for hiring derelics. So If you do not like getting pulled over and arrested cause someone in the van your working with has pills on them, I advise you to find a better Kirby office. There are good ones out there but I do not recommend it.
