The interview process consisted of three stages. It started with a phone screening with HR to go through my background, experience, and motivation for applying. They also discussed salary expectations and availability.

I applied online and was contacted by HR a week later. Unfortunately, the initial process with HR was frustrating; they asked repetitive questions that I had already addressed in my application and proceeded to contact references I had specifically marked as "do not contact."
The first interview with the team was a positive and professional experience. However, the HR representative came across as somewhat confrontational and lacked a clear understanding of the role, asking questions that suggested little familiarity with basic video production.
The second interview with the department director was a significant improvement, informative and engaging, providing valuable insight into the company's direction and goals. I eventually received an offer, but it matched my previous salary and offered limited benefits due to "budget constraints."
Overall, while I had a great impression of the team and the work environment, the HR experience left much to be desired.

It was definitely a challenging experience, as I was required to swim within a specific time frame, which added a layer of pressure. In addition to that, I had to answer a series of questions related to the scope of the work, further intensifying the situation. Balancing both physical and mental demands was no easy task, and the overall experience proved to be quite demanding and mentally taxing.
