4 person interview panel of the Director and 3 supervisors in a small office. The atmosphere was friendly. SAFY has high turnover so they are desperate for qualified workers preferably with a CSW. They’re only 3 case manager positions one for each supervisor/team so they actually need people who can assess and diagnose.

They do 2 interviews on separate days. They explained provided good information about SAFY and the position. They seem to emphasize self-care. The interview was positive and the interviewers were friendly and welcoming.
