They have going through 3-4 stages and you develop a an intervention & implementation plan which takes hours to do. It's a waste of time especially since they just ghost you afterwards- even after a follow-up thank you email. Who's to say they're not using our draft plans to execute them themselves.

After applying I was asked to produce a video less than two minutes long answering too many questions than could be answered with any real substance within two minutes. Additionally the email conditioned the video response must be provided within two days despite it being sent at 6:00pm. Finally after meeting their requests to the most realistic extent possible, the company failed to provide any further communication despite follow ups being sent. The entire experience was unprofessional and disrespectful at best. The disregard for the applicants time and labor is emblematic of the worst aspects of the modern job market.

Entrevista
I was first contacted by a recruiter to learn more about the position and she sent me to the first interview with the Sales Lead I would be reporting to. The interview went strongly and, the next morning, was asked to complete a take home assignment. The assignment asked me following questions related to a cold sales outreach;
-Draft a cold email
-outline the next 8 steps in how I would conduct an outreach cadence
-how I would structure an average day
-explain what I would do, if I felt a deal was feeling disengaged
-tell a brief story
Not only did I submit thorough and thoughtful responses, but within the time limit given as they were really hoping to move fast on the role. That same day, I was asked to submit my availability for the next two interviews with the Head of FP&A and the CEO/Founder and to be proud that not many candidates even make it this far.
We scheduled both interviews to be on the same day within a couple hours of each other. As I joined the first one, no one else joined to conduct the interview and when I tried to get in touch with the recruiter, all I was told was "the job opportunity is now closed".
Thats all fine and understandable, but to be ghosted after all that is unexcusable and unprofessional. The recruiter asked to call to follow up and I agreed. BUT to-date, the recruiter keeps rescheduling and the posting is still on their website.
After reading other reviews similar to this experience, I highly suggest candidates to think twice if this is the place for them considering this seems to be how the company respects others' time.
