Brief interview with recruited and then an Interview with the Hiring manager. Next day received email from HR stating they hired an internal employee. Looking through glassdoor it seems they only hire within or based on employee referral.

Applied. 1 week later received an email to set up a phone interview. Set up phone interview. Had the phone interview with a recruiter. She was awesome. She even went as far as submitting me for another role that I didn't apply for. Interview lasted about 1 hour. Didn't get invited for a second interview but overall good experience.
