Entrevista
Interview process was three rounds. One was a phone screen with HR. Interviews 2 and 3 were with hiring manger/engineers. Everyone was very friendly, and although we had to reschedule due to sickness, it went very smoothly. No LC-style questions, mostly just about my experience, how I handled certain scenarios, etc.

Applied and was reached out to less than 2 weeks later. Recruiter was not great at communicating and thankfully my schedule was extremely flexible. Had 1 30 minute interview with the hiring manager and 1 30 minute interview with an SVP. Was told it was a 2 interview process. Weirdly enough no behavioral questions were asked, only in the phone screen with the recruiter. Was not offered the position and my request for feedback was ignored. I believe I was only interviewed so they could hire somebody internal.

Had a call with the PM and two developers. Started with some obnoxious academic type questions, and then just a barrage of general questions pertaining to their tech stack. I could tell from the call that the team was looking for a unicorn, and the recruiter who head hunted me inferred the same experience with other candidates. My advice to hiring team is that if you don't see a technology listed on someone's resume, don't assume they can't do the job, and don't continue asking questions on only the technology currently in use with the program.
