I have declined to continue in the interview process for a role with SAS. The particular leader I met with was confrontational, oppositional and close minded in my opinion. His focus seemed to be on all the reasons the job was very unique, and exceptionally difficult, versus what kind of opportunity it presented. I found him to be cagey and evasive.
