VERY time consuming. If a candidate is hired in under 60 days that is super fast. Focus depends on the fiefdom of the individual hiring manager or executive. Some care more about what you wear than what you say. Some want to ensure you work hard and do not make waves, some will approve you as long as the boss agrees.

i faced three to four rounds of interview at various levels. Hire manager, sales director, MD & CEO. final round was with the HR. Mostly face to face interview. very particular about time of interview. if face to face not possible video interviews are arranged. dress formal & be on time that the advice
