The first interview is actually a virtual, video interview conducted by a third-party service. There is no information on data protection. The service not only records a video interview but analyzes your voice and expressions, creating an AI-generated evaluation before any human watches the video. These types of interviews are proven to be racist, sexist, able-ist and in general very discriminatory and inaccurate. I declined the interview. No company with any integrity would use something so ridiculous for interviewing candidates.
