In person interview with 2 upper level people in my department, call back a week later for 2nd interview with whole department (2 at a time) Was more of a conversation than a grilling interview. This likely had to with the fact that it was a communications position.

Three rounds: phone screener, 1-on-1 with manager, and round table interview with the entire team. In our 1-on-1, the manager seemed uninterested in both me and the position itself. In the team interview, the team asked very few questions directly related to the position.
