Straightforward interview process....30 minute screening with HR, face to face with hiring manager and two team leads. 15 minute role play in which you had to simulate a cold call.

This was a multi-stage interview. First was a call with the HR Recruiter who wanted to get a feel for my background and experience level. Second stage was meeting with the hiring manager and rep on her team. Third stage was a role play. Final stage was background check & references.
