It is very hands-off. I did not like the recorded interview portion. It felt cold and unfriendly. I would not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality place to intern.
Got invited to do a hirevue then a virtual teams interview. Pretty standard and moderate HR communication. You get to see who is interviewing you before hand which is great.
Online interview that needs us to record video of us answering the question provided. The process was quite quick, smooth, and easy. The questions are general to explain about yourself
