I applied for the Core C++ Developer position and was interviewed 3 times during last 2 months. First time was conducted by a Western guru guy, mostly of basic C++(including C++1x), computer architecture, and 2 whiteboard code-writing, I did well. Second one was with their CTO, asked a lot about Linux C++ socket stuff, computer network, I felt OK. Final one was INTERROGATED by a Japanese man, with single technical question about SSH, rest of the conversation turned to interrogation, it was horrible, he even asked my current earnings. If I were not from a developing Asian country, he may well treat me much more friendly, as the first 2 Western guys did. I felt that Japanese man's arrogant attitude strongly. Though, I replied appropriately all of his questions, I didn't boast anything at all, he complained I can't feel any appealing point on you. I was really offended by that West-worshipping snob.
