Entrevista
Two phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview that lasted approximately 6 hours. After completion of the in-person interview, there was a formal offer, pending a drug screening and background check (all can be completed in a couple days).

They asked typical questions related to my prior work experience, handling challenging situations, biggest accomplishments, etc. Most all of the behavioral questions are what you'd expect if you do a little research online for common behavioral interview questions.

2 rounds, one with HR and one with potential supervisor. Both rounds very much overall, nothing hard was asked. In the first round I got told about the company and mainly benefits were explained, and in the second, overall how the team works.

Entrevista
3 interview stages: Hiring Manager -> Director -> HRBP, all physical interview at Bangsar South, all within a week for the 3 stages of interview. Assessment will be given before the first interview and most question asking are about the assessment itself

Entrevista
Le processus de recrutement comprend :
1. Un entretien téléphonique de présélection avec les Ressources Humaines pour valider le profil et les attentes.
2. Deux entretiens individuels d’une heure chacun : le premier avec le hiring manager, le second avec un stakeholder clé afin d’évaluer les compétences techniques et interpersonnelles.
3. Un business case d’une heure, présenté devant le hiring manager et deux stakeholders, permettant de démontrer les capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et la vision stratégique du candidat.
