Initial interview will focus more on experiences indicated on your resume/ cv. When you passed the initial interview, final interview will be held by the hiring managers and they will focus on asking specific situational questions related to the job position.
Use Targeted selection: STAR format - situation/task, action, result. Want specific examples of your experience. I had two interviews with 3 people each that were pretty much the same just with different people. One right after another.
