Contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. Had the initial screening call with the recruiter and then had a phone interview with one of the executives the following week. They invited me to for an in-person person interview. My interviewer was the current EA in the role who was slowly transitioning out. Felt that the interview went well, but did not hear back from anyone for 3 weeks. I had to reach back out to the recruiter to get confirmation they were not proceeding with my candidacy.

Entrevista
The whole interview process was fairly decent. I was emailed about a week after I applied to do a phone screening then a in person with the supervisors. The phone interview was just to get to know about your work history and a few questions. The in person interview was very nice and welcoming. They definitely set the mood to make me feel comfortable. During the interview they mainly talked about the job description and asked more trivial questions about yourself. Towards the end of the interview, we played a "game" which to me I felt like it was to test your critical thinking/problem solving skills.

Entrevista
I had a phone interview with the Service Center manager which led to an in person interview with a supervisor and the manager. During this interview, we got to know each other and discovered that we were a great fit.
