Phone Interview(Which was re-scheduled two time)->Presonal Interview which was done by the hiring manager and was having pretty basic question and seems like he was doing a formality of doing the interview as he doesn't seems interested in taking interview and after the interview said that will send me an test to check my skills but didn't received any test. Interviewer even said that the skills you have are the one which I need for this job which raised my hope but without sending me any test they directly emailed me that they moved with other candidate without even giving the exact reason. Seems like they are the bunch of time wasters
