Very communicative process, and very quick! Informal interview to start with an added interview assignment. So much communication between each stage, and very personal. There were about 2 interviews in total, along with the HW assignment.

There's a phone screen, a tech assignment screen, and a group screening onsite.
This startup might be a good tech shop and they might succeed in their business plan. But in retrospect, I'm glad I didn't get an offer. They were quite lackadaisical about the process. My initial phone screen was postponed twice, and no one bothered to contact me or my recruiter either time to let us know. Then when I showed up onsite, I spent more than ten minutes waiting outside in the cold because they were having a meeting and nobody would answer the door.

Phone screen, soft skills interview, hard skills interview, 1 on 1 interview with hiring manager or member of Senior Management depending on the position being filled. At any point in the process if the interviewers feel you are not a fit you will not proceed to the next step of the interview process.
