Applied through school's statistics department. Got contacted by HR for 30 minutes, and then scheduled interview with full time actuaries. Two phone interviews with actuaries, and all the interviews are through phone.

Entrevista
Easy interview, felt more like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer spent first 15 minutes explaining the reinsurance industry to me, which was nice. Mostly standard questions except a surprise statistical question which caught me off guard. Nonetheless interviewer was nice enough to guide me through the surprise question as well. Interview duration was slightly longer than usual (>1h) but probably because I felt that I was thoroughly engaged with the interviewer the entire time.
