This is a 3 round interview. The first interview was cool, but I started sensing something off kilt with some of the stuff the guy was saying. I am interested in indirect marketing, digital advertising and brand strategy, however this is not what this was, so for anyone who is interested in that, do not go for this job because it is direct marketing and sales. This is for someone who probably wants to be promoted fast, run a business and make some good money, at least, this is what they kind of advertise in the first round interview. The guy told me that this company has over 10,000 offices in over 40 countries...then I started getting suspicious. How come I don't see this on their website, I don't see that there are different location. I saw on another website that they make up to 500 million USD, with only 10-50 employers, what? It was all kind of off. So basically, this is a direct sales and direct marketing--which means you will have to go door to door selling a product. The second round interview, this is what I had to do, the lady who was interviewing me showed me how to do it, but it did not go so well, it ended in the man yelling at us to leave and stop selling them products. I knew that this was not the career path for me.
