Interviewed with manager and senior coworker. Informal interview. Was asked about previous experience with respect to position-specific education, skills, education and personal experience. Found that certifications and registrations with professional organizations held considerable weight during this interview. The interviewers did not provide very good information regarding the culture of the department or team and were primarily focused on how quickly the position could be filled with the shortest amount of time for training and orientation.
