A literal assembly line interview process. I felt like I was interviewing at a meat-packing plant. In reflection, that's pretty much what I was doing. The HR person who interviewed me barely even looked up.

Interview was quick and straight to the point. He will tell you what to expect and will ask you basic questions about your experience. He will set your expectationd about the job being not for everyone and to bot expect to be teaching gen ed class.

The interview was a basic and very simple and easy the interviewer was kind and stress important of the kind of people needed to work with children with learning disabilities. Atmosphere of the office was very inviting staff very warming . there was a point of education and a test to allow you to be able to get max. money
