Nothing much few basic question related to work and your knowledge to it.
Interview process for direct candidate will be three round (1. Aptitude, 2. Skill review by associated manager and 3. HR Offer or Operation)
As described they ask like official and in strict manner but they are making a just time pass interview to recruit. Why i am saying this is many of them employee had not gone through this and they were really dump to 90-100%.
Just HR shows gimics that and this. Truly HR manager and Recruiter were just worst of any kind without proper knowledge, Yes dumb and deaf i mean it .
