A brief interview with the GM which served more as an introduction and presentation of myself, followed by an international phone call interview by the head of IT based in Africa, Ivory Coast.

My interview process at headquarters was thorough and direct. I was greeted by the head of Human Resources who was very kind and offered me water/coffee during my visit. I feel like that simple gesture tells you a lot about the culture of a company. During my 2nd interview I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Segura, the CEO of Securiport, who was excited about the creation of the position and passionate about the having the expertise of a creative team in-house.
