There was a written test on .NET, SQL and other topics to start with, then one fellow took a kind of rapid fire interview, focusing only on SQL. After that an HR interview. The females in the HR department looked more like models than HR professionals. Highly unprofessional! They gave me an offer, but they demanded that I submit all my educational certificates to their company for next 2 years! I spat on the offer right away!

There was a rapid fire interview on SQL, in which the guy who interviewed me was trying to show me that he is very smart, rather than try to judge my skills! Finally, I got through to thee HR interview where it came to salary negotiations. A female called Chettiar interviewed me, and believe it or not, she fixed my salary for the next 2 years! How can anyone do that?!

I used to take 4-5 interviews in a day. filling the resource request form calling candidates preparing technical planning for interviews. Attitude communication and job criteria was kept on watch on the interview process.
