They contacted through a referral and via LinkedIn. Interviews were thorough on experience, familiarity with the tools they use and asking practical questions about my approach. Everything went well until they asked for me to prepare a specific content design in a 1 week deadline. (Non paid test). I asked for a few more days, and in 10 days I developed a storyboard in ppt, with graphic styles and drafting the characters and samples of the content. I worked about 4 full days on it. They never got back, not even with an excuse, no answer at all. Pretty unprofessional, for me it's a big red flag as place to work in: they do not consider at all the human side and give zero value to the invested time and effort.
