The interview process was quite professional and I got impressed when received the call from the HR department. A lady called "Shilpa" soft spoken and very professional took my telephonic interview and asked all the relevant questions to check my background and professional profile. Thereafter, I was told to visit their Ramesh Nagar office along with all my documents and updated CV for the final 1-1 round. When visit their office, I was happy to see their working culture and professionalism. Having spoken with HR, I met with Mr. Sumit Sharma, who is highly motivated and experienced in the filed of internet marketing, this thing I got to know when he started talking and asked me many technical questions to check my knowledge base. I was pleased with the kind of consultation and suggestions provided by him as he advised me to join the company as SEO professional and promised that I will learn things better and faster than others. I saw the future opportunity in the offered profile and joined the company. He did, what was promised to me, I was told all the technical things about Google and how other search engines works. SEOCastell has helped me making my future bright and I am consistently improving my knowledge and able to deliver best possible results to justify my role with the company.

Hiring Process Was also very confusing no one has asked any question and only decided by one telephonic Interview. They had ask about my past experience and told me to join the organisation with the salary will getting increased. Salary is also not give in proper way they getting photos and Id Proof for the bank account opening purpose and they never tell me the bank account detail.
