Telephone interview with the recruiter then an assessment centre (with the majority applicants) who also get interviewed here whilst touring the HQ. 19 attendees for 3 open positions, which I believe could have been shortlisted. Also took part in a practical team working exercise and SFRS knowledge quiz

How would you improve their IT system to make it better secure?
Pqa style questions, "describe a time when". Use the Star technique to answer questions best. Most likely 2-3 people in the panel. Have plenty of examples together for things like diversity and leadership.
Application Form and then Online interview. Due to covid it was done online with 2 panel members, however if business as usual i am not sure if the process would have been different.
