Entrevista
2 stage process: one with the CTO, the other with a practice lead and a technical lead.
The interview with the CTO focused more on competency based questions, delving more in to my experience and situations I have encountered.
The second phase interview focused more on my technical ability, asking questions around people management, e.g dealing with difficult people, as well as understanding of Agile Development principles (eg TDD, BDD, Pair Programming, etc)
