Entrevista
The interview process went very smoothly from the start to the end. The talent acquisition and every other team member that I spoke to came across as incredibly nice, professional, and competent people and I enjoyed speaking to every single one of them. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any point, and every question that I was asked made sense to me.
The people that interviewed me where:
- Talent acquisition lead
- 2 full-stack developers
- Scrum master
- Managing director
In the end, I received a generous offer but ended up not accepting it for my own personal reasons and having other pending offers.

It was totally to the point. The first interview was the HR Manager in which I got to know about the company, the position I applied for and I got to introduce my self, my professional and academic background. The other interview was technical but I must say the interviewers were really humble, friendly and most important of all they were knowledge-full. I got know about so many technologies and tools.

After submitting an application, I received a response the next day to set up an interview. This was an hour directly with the hiring manager, and it was clear they respected my time and availability. Following this, I had a second interview with one of the managing directors and a product owner. This lasted an hour and was scheduled 2 weeks after the first interview. The slight delay was caused by bank holidays, lockdown, and an important deadline for the team. This wasn't an issue because I had a holding email halfway through, and I appreciated being kept in the loop. Finally, I had a 1-hour long technical interview with three members of the team scheduled the next week. A few days later I had a catch-up conversation with the hiring manager in which I found out I was offered the job.
