Entrevista
It was very easy, the HR personal on the phone was kind, after that I had the face to face interview, it was good but they have little tendency to underestimate people or to try to intimidate them. It obvious that inside a validation and certification laboratory for any industry, you have a lot to do everyday. So there`s no really an impressive almost impossible pace to follow, they want you to think that.

I had to fill out a long, detailed medical questionnaire before the interview. There were questions regarding medications taken for mental health. Even though I felt it was a risk, I decided to be open and disclose that I was taking medication. Even though it did not impair my ability to perform in the role, in the interview my disclosure led to several judgemental remarks.
short period between 30 minutes. mostly they ask about experience from previously (internship etc.) and some scenario questions. dress formal and be there early. otherwise, interviewers are friendly and explain everything in detailed.

Entrevista
Overall, the interview questions for this role were fairly simple, quick and short. They asked questions like what my biggest strengths and weaknesses were, and what skills I was looking to gain from this role.
