-HR manager got several paper sheet written with questions. The questions arrange from the education background to the previous work experience.
-After the interview, HR will tell you the job daily work you apply for and the salary you will get.
-The candidate will get a good safety training before work.

The total process took about an hour. The interview itself was easy going and only took about 15 minutes. Afterwards, I was given a 30 minute tour of the lab.
