This was a straightforward interview process, standard for a sales job. I was asked about preparation and schooling as well as job experience, particularly as it pertained to this specific industry. We reviewed my responsibilities at previous jobs. I was asked about availability for travel. Availability and willingness to learn constantly as the industry evolves seemed like an important qualification.

Entrevista
Rather smooth, the resume passed through HR process but the hiring manager postponed the position. Very pleasant HR process, with highly professional people. The Company is a Global Organization, and the Dutch office is a part of the BENELUX group. The Group is based in Switzerland with its head office.

Entrevista
The process was very slow. To move things forward, I ended up inviting the Senior VP out to lunch. I flew myself to her hometown at my own expense and had her pick me up in the airport. We went out to lunch which went well as the lunch ended with the Senior VP informing her HR would be forwarding me an offer.
