The initial interview which took place over Teams seemed to be a fight to talk. The interviewer just kept talking! It took some strategic body language in order to have an opportunity to explain why I would be good for the role. The face to face interview was awful - three people interviewing you for a position they admit they know nothing about. The worst part was the ridiculous questions - tell me a time when you have had to use alternative communication???. What!!! Genuinely they spent more time on these silly personal questions than they did on the technical aspect of the job.
