First interview was a casual, long, chatty style which was overall a positive experience and I got through to second round. Then was given a task that involved giving recommendations on their entire social media strategy as well as editing multiple tiktok’s/reels and presenting previous content. Was at least a days work, if not more. Didn’t hear anything back after second interview which was disappointing considering the amount of work put into it - even just a no would have been nice.
