At first you apply on LinkedIn. Then HR contacts you on LinkedIn, they ask you some questions and call you for an interview. There, they do a first interview. Then they send you a case study. And then nothing? You ask HR why it happened and they tell you it's going to take a while. In fact, HR sometimes make a mistake and call you by another name, which is good... without eating Then you see that the position is open again and still, they are not able to reject you. An email would be great to say: I'm sorry but we don't count on you.
First passed by Headhunter but took 3 or 4 weeks then HR then manager in the office for face to face interview, very fast between interviews and fast reply on certain emails.
