First it was a quick phone screening, then a "group interview" - it was more informational, not really an interview. The third step was a interview with two recruiters. I found the questions to be very easy but I heard that over the years the interviews became more competitive. During the pandemic, the recruiters were let go because of the hiring freeze so I'm not sure what the recruiting process looks like currently.
