Pretty disappointing process. Initial call with internal recruiter laid out steps and earnings that were in line with what I was looking for. The number of steps kept piling on with them constantly saying this is the final step. Also, my earnings requirements and expectations were brought up in first 3 calls with the recruiter, DM, and area VP. All said “no problem” and they understood. From my beginning conversations, I was under the impression I would be exceeding my expectations to make a move. As the “final steps” kept being added on, the realistic whispers of true earnings came to light. Had to walk away, declining to move forward with anymore. Waste of everyone’s time as if they were upfront on initial call, I would have never taken a second call. This is not an Enterprise role, rather an entry level spot disguised with a title.

1st round with recruiter, 2nd round with hiring manager - answer behavioral questions, 3rd round present to hiring manager over SHI (the recruiterprovides the slides), 4th round interview with Director.
