I had three rounds of video interview as i was on different location. First round was technical round by team lead, it was good technical experience. She asked about my current profile, normal questions on SQL that a 3 years experience should be able to answer, abount my aspirations towards future. Second round is managerial round, he asked about my profile, what i know about SHL, and gave me an idea of the expectation from me. As i cleared my first round of technical interview he didn't asked any technical questions. Third round was also managerial, he asked scenario based questions. Basically he wanted to know if i am a type of person who can work along with team. It was a great experience.
