It was a very simple interview process, focused on behavioral questions. More concerned with personality and how the worker would fit into company culture. The interview was a simple one on one, and came after completing the company aptitude test that they present you after applying. In my case the interview was a quick half hour, and a couple months later I received an offer for my position.
