1. Recruiter Screening (30 mins) 2. Hiring manager (30 mins) 3. 3 rounds of panel interviews with recruiter and manager, engineers, product teams. (1h each) They focus heavily on behavioral questions. First panel interview asks a lot of behavioral questions to find out how you deal with different situations. Engineer interview is on what you have on resume and design questions and one lc medium problem ( don't like how they conduct a coding interview though, should have used a sharing environment like codepath... instead of copy-paste on ide and share screen so wasted sometimes and interviewer should have communicated more). Product team interview is still behavioral questions but more pleasuring since it describes a scenario how they and engineer team work together. Overall, it is a fine experience.
